I work for Cumulus Inc., as a commis chef, and joined in March 2021. I report to James Cornwall, the head chef - he inspires us all to work as a team and succeed in the kitchen without having to yell or become angry, but rather by supporting one another so that we may form the best team possible to provide the finest service to our customers.

The best part of my job is when everyone is competing while also being encouraging. Every day, we were challenged to be the best version of ourselves. No pressure, no diamond, as my chef once quipped. Trader House makes an investment in their employees by caring for every one of us individually.
