Penny Vine

For a wine person, there’s just not a lot of other places that have such a dedicated team of wine professionals that you can be a part of. I also like that all our venues have their own identity and story, and we can operate with autonomy. I love working with other dedicated, excellent people. Some of whom have become my closest friends. For me the most important thing about our company is that at the highest level, it’s run by restaurant people, not a corporate office.
