Mary Fang

I currently work as a Retail Assistant at Meatsmith Fitzroy. Before that I was working as a commis-chef at Builders Arm Hotel. I decided that I wanted to change my lifestyle - as a regular customer at Meatsmith I have always admired the business and I thought it could be nice being part of the team. My Head Chef at the time was very supportive of my decision.

I love working with friendly colleagues and flexible hours, and making friends with regular customers. Working with Trader House has allowed me to expand my skills from hospitality to retail. I was able to bring skills I have acquired during my time as a chef to this new role.
