Builders Arms Hotel is seeking a high-calibre senior manager to join the leadership team, reporting directly into the Venue Manager and Operations Manager in one of Melbourne’s most established and high-performing pubs.
Head Butcher
The candidate we are looking for will have a strong butcher skills and an eye for quality. Working in the Butchery team, you will be responsibilities will include but not limited too, Product preparation, customer service, retail store presentation, preparing and cutting orders, managing production schedules, maintaining HACCP and quality control systems, training apprentices, communication with other departments, and more.
Reservations Manager
Gimlet and Apollo Inn are always evolving, and this key position will see you drive revenue generation and back-end operations. You will work alongside the Venue Manager, Head Chef, Guest Services Manager and some of the industry’s best minds to drive the success of the cocktail bar and restaurant.
