Head Butcher
The candidate we are looking for will have a strong butcher skills and an eye for quality. Working in the Butchery team, you will be responsibilities will include but not limited too, Product preparation, customer service, retail store presentation, preparing and cutting orders, managing production schedules, maintaining HACCP and quality control systems, training apprentices, communication with other departments, and more.
