Training Done Differently
For 15 years, Kitchen Sessions have been a cornerstone of the Trader House training calendar - a huge highlight for many chefs who have passed through our ranks. They are hands-on masterclasses that offer an incredible chance to learn outside of the day-to-day. For the first time this year, we extended these masterclasses to cover Front of House and Beverage topics as well - 9 in total. This training series forms a crucial part of our annual training calendar, and is a highlight for many.
We welcomed an amazing and diverse group of presenters for our Trader House Sessions, each with their own specific skills and knowledge to share with our team. Rolling up the sleeves and getting involved is often the best way to learn. We made salami, prepared marron, learned about the wine and cheese symbiosis, heard stories about small batch vermouth production, took on expert service advice, took home tips on vocal projection and presence, hand rolled pasta and simmered ragu, and so much more.
A huge thank you to each of our presenters for helping to inspire the next generation of hospitality professionals.
