Each year, we celebrate late summer with Natsu - a transformation of our restaurant into a cooling oasis from the baking metropolis. It's an additional menu that heroes the plush summer produce we look forward to every February and March. 

The menu is a playful, seasonal celebration that’s abundant with local produce. There will be plush tomato & octopus salads, roast pork tacos and a mountain-like strawberry & elderflower kakigori.

Whitebait & ginger prawn zucchini blossom 

Stretched curds, fermented chilli & tomato, sesame flatbread  

Roast pork taco, garlic chive verde, pickled green tomato  

Smoked tuna & mussels, shishito peppers, cos heart, watercress, bonito  

Organic heirloom cucumbers & green kosho, sesame 

Heritage tomatoes, Fremantle octopus, smoked chilli & black vinegar 

Saltwater duck, pickled peach, mustard oil & apple vinegar  

XO pipis, egg noodles
