Supernormal Brisbane has been named one Condé Nast Traveller’s Best New Restaurants in the World on their Hot List 2025.

It’s a privilege to be included alongside such exciting openings from around the globe — and to be one of just two Australian restaurants recognised, alongside Josh Niland’s Saint Peter in Sydney.
