Anthony Pieri

I love the banter, energy, camaraderie and organised chaos of service! All the hard work that goes into making that elegant hiss of a champagne cork for a 50th birthday, or a guest blown away by that perfect bottle of Burgundy. Working just outside my comfort zone in an environment that is nurturing and fun but still professional is why I enjoy going to work every day. It’s a challenge — but my growth even in this short time is exponential and I’m very thankful.
