Apprentice Butcher
As an Apprentice Butcher you will learn on the job with both internal and external training from industry leading butchers and trainers. There is also plenty of benefits/incentives from government programs. Working in the Butchery team, you will be responsibilities will include. Product preparation, Carcass breakdown, Customer service, Cleaning, Preparing and cutting orders, Working with production schedules within required timeframes, maintaining quality control systems, communication with other staff and departments, and more.
