Sous Chef
This is an opportunity for an experienced, passionate, and career-focused chef with strong leadership and creative flair. We maintain our position as an industry leader through building excellent supplier relationships, accessing the best and freshest produce, and constantly developing our menus, recipes, systems, and procedures.
Bartender
Our bar team is professional, fast-paced and excited. This is not a ‘hands-off’ bar job. You’ll have regular training sessions, in-situ learning and regular opportunities and encouragement to help shape our wide-ranging beverage program and bar team! You’ll be working alongside chefs, sommeliers and bartenders of various skill levels in an energetic environment with a lot of moving parts. This often means each shift is very different, and requires flexibility without ego. Employment is offered on a casual basis, with flexibility for the right candidate.
Payroll Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Assistant to join our team part time, with working days being Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that Trader House employees are paid on time and in accordance with legislative and award guidelines. You will manage and maintain accurate records, handle new employee records, and provide administrative support to the Payroll team.

Packing & Distribution Team Leader
Meatsmith is seeking a hands-on team leader with the ability to lead and assist a small team of up 1-2 people in their day-to-day tasks. The right candidate will have strong time management skills. Prior work within the meat, food retailing or restaurant industry preferred. The role will be 20-24 hours per week Part time or Casual (Christmas and Easter will be 38 hours)
