Apollo Inn
Apollo Inn is our cocktail bar, set in a 1920s neo-renaissance-style building on the corner of Flinders and Hosier Lanes, Melbourne. Drawing inspiration from the timeless cocktail bars of Europe, it is our ode to the ageless art of the cocktail. Its name nods to one of Melbourne's first public houses, which once stood on the site of its neighbour, Gimlet.
