After almost 40 years on St Kilda Beach, Trader House is proud to become the new custodian of Stokehouse — an enduring part of Melbourne’s dining landscape, loved by generations.

As we take the reins, we want to honour what has made Stokehouse so special while bringing our own approach to thoughtful, generous hospitality, delicious food and drink, and a genuine sense of place. With the beach on the doorstep and summer around the corner, it’s a restaurant made for long lunches, sunset drinks and time well spent by the water.

We’re now building the team for Stokehouse’s next chapter, with opportunities across all front and back of house positions and levels of experience.
